Michael came to our hotel for our women's work retreat and started off our mornings with a great group fitness session. All the women enjoyed every part of it! Definitely worth it.

He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with where I was starting. He follows up weekly to see how you are doing and make adjustments if you are having trouble. He designed a great online fitness program that was easy to follow! He also gave me nutrition and behavior goals that helped me reach my overall goals and feel great!
We loved the small group training Michael provided! He always modified workouts to make sure we were able to do the exercises. Most importantly he got us moving and feeling more confident in our ability to exercise!
